OUR STORY
Sunshine Legacy Concierge was born from our family's personal experiences caring for those we love most. I'm Tenille Rios, founder of Sunshine Legacy Concierge.
Professionally, I have spent my career helping businesses grow and thrive. As a Chief Operating Officer, I have scaled multiple companies to eight figures and currently coach CPA firms, tax planners, wealth managers, and C-suite executives on operations, leadership, and business growth.
While I am passionate about helping businesses succeed, some of the most meaningful lessons of my life happened far away from boardrooms and business meetings. One of the greatest gifts of my life was caring for my grandmother as she journeyed through dementia.
We had always shared a special bond, but walking alongside her during those final years changed me forever. Through the challenges, confusion, laughter, stories, and precious moments, I learned that people do not stop needing love, companionship, purpose, and dignity simply because they age.
Those years taught me the importance of showing up, being present, and finding joy in the everyday moments that often become the most meaningful memories. That experience planted the seed for what would eventually become Sunshine Legacy Concierge.

A FAMILY BUILT ON SERVICE
Juan's heart for service.
My husband, Juan, and I built Sunshine Legacy Concierge together. Juan oversees the day-to-day coordination of our services and shares the same passion for caring for others.
His heart for service has been demonstrated throughout our life together. Not only did he lovingly help care for my grandmother during her final years, but he also stood beside me during one of the most difficult seasons of our lives as I battled cancer.
For nearly three years, I endured daily chemotherapy treatments, hospital stays, and medical challenges that, by all accounts, should have changed the course of my life forever. Through every appointment, every difficult day, and every setback, Juan remained a steady source of strength, support, and encouragement.
His compassion, patience, and commitment to family are at the heart of everything we do today. Prior to joining Sunshine Legacy Concierge, Juan spent his career in California agriculture, helping manage cherry orchards and vineyards before retiring in 2025.
Together, we have learned that true success is not measured by accomplishments alone, but by the people we serve and the lives we impact.

Family is everything to us.
We are blessed to be parents to our daughters, Addy Grace and Jazzy, as well as foster children who have become part of our family's story — and a couple of pets who keep life entertaining.

From California groves to Oklahoma roots.
Unlike traditional caregiving agencies, Sunshine Legacy Concierge was created for individuals who value their independence but benefit from additional support and connection.

Where we built our careers and raised our family, surrounded by cherry orchards and vineyards.
Edmond, Oklahoma
My family's roots run deep in Southeastern Oklahoma — my father was born and raised in Idabel, not far from our family cabin.
When our daughter chose to attend college in Oklahoma, we made the decision to relocate and begin a new chapter here.
It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made.
Today, we proudly call Edmond home and are honored to serve families throughout our community.
